All happened in july 2002, when i went and see a newfoundland kennel (since my childhood i had the chance to grow up with a great care to all the animals).

The Newfoundland: a big, beautiful, furry dog but......what else??!! I had'nt more information about it! In that kennel i saw a lot of wonderful dogs, gentle and peaceful: i entered an enclosure where a black and white bitch was feeding her puppies and i falled in love at first sight.... Her eyes told me about kindness, sweetnes and humanity, in a way often unknown to a lot of human beings. I stroked and cuddled the puppies laying down near their mother, falling in love with that wonderful creatures. One month after, one of these puppies came living in my family.

......... Now 5 dogs are living with us! They are an essential part of our life and in spite of their size they cause no trouble at all. They come with us everywhere and our hearts are full of wonderful feelings sometimes difficult to be found between the human beings. These sweet and furry creatures help us to look at our life in a different way, to learn a daily lesson from their meekness, to give up a lot of useless things that often rule despotically over our mind, to live deeply and mindfully and help us to understand that is still possible to find real friends.
